Retail Team Manager - Designate

Permanent Contract - 36.75 Hours per week

£33,000 to £34,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

Designate Manager Role: Luton, Stevenage, Welwyn and St Albans Area

Your role will have you building a sales culture and delivering exceptional service for every customer. Our Team Managers are key to running our business by enabling their team to exceed sales targets and create a great customer experience. In this role, you should be leading in a way that demonstrates the following qualities:

• Obsessed about our customers and listening to them.
• Loves sales and winning!
• Well planned and organised, with the ability to prioritise and think on your feet.
• Your first thought is always to lead and coach, not jump in and “do”.
• Confident to agitate when needed and deliver feedback to all audiences.
